Control

You set the rules.

From sign-in to the audit log: you configure most of it yourself in Kasimir's administration.

Secure sign-in

  • Passkeys and two-factor authentication
  • Two-factor authentication can be made mandatory for the whole company
  • Sign in with Microsoft or Google
  • Automatic sign-out after 24 hours of inactivity
  • Email notice when someone signs in from a new device

Permissions and spaces

How we protect Kasimir.

    Every company sees only its own data. We test this separation regularly with our own test companies.

  • Encrypted in transit

    All connections between your browser and Kasimir are encrypted.

  • Checked files

    Every file is checked on upload. Kasimir rejects programs and disguised files.

  • Isolated analyses

    Code the AI writes for data analyses runs isolated and without internet access.

  • No training on your data

    Kasimir does not train AI models on your chats, files or meetings.

  • Ongoing security reviews

    We regularly review code and platform for vulnerabilities and fix what we find.

Where is my data stored?

In the Kasimir Cloud, on our own servers in Germany. With an installation in your cloud or in your data center, it is stored there.

Does Kasimir train AI models on my data?

No. Your chats, files and meetings are not used to train AI models.

Which AI models process my requests?

By default, our own open models in our data center answer every request. Your company can add further models when needed. Models that process data outside the EU stay locked until you explicitly enable them.

Is there a data processing agreement?

Yes. The data processing agreement is included in every plan and can be signed directly in Kasimir's administration.

Is Kasimir certified?

We are preparing for ISO 27001 certification. We are happy to answer your IT department's questions directly.

Which deployment fits us?

Most teams start in the Kasimir Cloud. We discuss a private instance or running Kasimir in your cloud or data center together with you.

What happens to our data when we cancel?

We delete your workspace completely, including all chats, files, meetings and accounts. The deadline is set out in the data processing agreement.
