Frequently asked questions
- What does open-source unlimited mean?
- All open AI models run on our GPU in a German data center. There is no per-token billing — you can use these models as much as you want, included in every tier starting with Basic.
- What does 750,000 tokens look like in practice?
- A typical frontier chat round (question + answer) uses about 2,000 tokens. 750,000 tokens are enough for around 350 frontier rounds per month — roughly 17 per business day. Open-source usage doesn't count against the quota.
- What happens if I exceed the frontier quota?
- Usage automatically switches over to open-source models so service is never interrupted. Anyone who regularly needs more frontier tokens should move to Enterprise or arrange a top-up.
