Four levels — company, teams, projects, personal — with pages you can nest as deeply as you like. Sort via drag & drop, insert to-dos, tables and callouts through the slash menu, and connect pages with [[page links]]. Backlinks and full-text search keep everything findable.
Real time
On team and project pages, several people work at the same time: every change appears instantly for everyone, and live cursors with names show who is writing where. The collaboration server behind it is self-hosted on EU servers — no US cloud in between.
Transparency
No black box: you decide which knowledge enters an answer and how — and every answer discloses its sources. These are the four mechanics behind it.
Pages you mark as “always include” are passed to every AI answer in full as context — think glossaries, policies or company facts. This uses part of the context window, but guarantees this knowledge is never missing from an answer.
All other pages are vectorized on our own EU infrastructure. When someone asks a matching question, semantic search automatically finds the relevant sections — and only those are passed to the model, not the whole notebook.
Answers based on your knowledge cite the pages they used in the sources panel. One click takes you to the original page — statements stay verifiable instead of coming out of a black box.
The AI only sees what the person asking is allowed to see: team knowledge stays in the team, project knowledge in the project, personal pages private. The permission check happens before every search — not after the fact.
Vectorization and real-time collaboration run entirely on self-hosted EU infrastructure — your knowledge pages are not transferred to US services for this.

Whether it is an onboarding question or a project detail: when an answer comes from your knowledge, the sources panel shows exactly which pages back it up — with a direct jump to the original page. You see immediately whether a statement is based on current company knowledge or a page needs updating.

Every page belongs to exactly one scope — company, team, project or personal. Visibility and AI access strictly follow these scopes: only the team sees team knowledge, personal pages stay private. Storage, vectorization and sync happen on EU servers, GDPR-compliant.
