Steps that build on each other
A workflow consists of several steps that run one after another. Each step can reference the form inputs and the results of previous steps as placeholders. More than 16 node types are available for the individual steps.

How a workflow gets started
Workflows can be triggered in several ways: manually, via a webhook, on a schedule, or through an integration – such as a new Outlook email via Microsoft 365. So the trigger fits each use case.

Roll out changes in a controlled way
Every publication of a workflow is stored as a version with semver. Before rolling out you see a change diff, and earlier versions can be restored at any time. Finished results can be exported as a document.
